Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFF) is the premier association for têxtile and fashion industry in Singapore. TaFF plays an active role in supporting and developing the industry by positioning Singapore as an innovative fashion hub with a focus in three key areas: Technology & Innovation, Sustainability, and Asian Craftsmanship.

TaFF champions programmes and initiatives which build capabilities, expand Singapore’s fashion and têxtile businesses internationally, and promote environmentally-friendly business practices.

TaFF operates both The Cocoon Space (TCS), a creative co-working and event space that is housed on Level 2 and Rooftop of Design Orchard situated in the heart of Orchard Road as well as Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS) located on the ground floor of the same building. DORS is a joint government project that provides a physical shop front at the renowned tourist belt for new and emerging locally-based designers to showcase their pieces.

TaFF also operates a ecommerce platform, OneOrchard.Store which is a discovery platform and online marketplace featuring a diverse range of locally-based designers. Other key initiatives and programs that are run by TaFF includes Singapore Stories, The Bridge Fashion Incubator (TBFI) and the Fashion Sustainability Programme.

**Career Opportunity**:
TaFF is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join its Retail Marketing Support Function in DORS, partnering with TaFF Marketing Team to create an integrated destination that celebrates and sells local design profiles and brands.

**The Role**

You will:

- work closely with other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for driving customer acquisition through marketing campaigns;
- conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns;
- manage the marketing budget to maximise revenue growth;
- be involved in data analysis and market research of the trends;
- regularly track and review analytics and metrics for campaign performance reporting;
- generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns;
- identify press opportunities to push branding and increase brand awareness;
- be engaged in partnerships with local and overseas businesses for further market expansion;
- assist in launching new campaigns, events and products via print advertising;
- engage customers with loyalty membership programme to foster a rewarding shopping experience with our current customers while attaching new customers;
- Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
**Prerequisites**:
You should possess a tertiary education with 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity. Other prerequisites and preferred attributes include:

- Experience in e-commerce operations and processes
- Experience in social media marketing and/or digital media
- Attention to detail in a highly tactical, execution-centered environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to relate well with others and work as part of a team
