**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Singapore. The E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with e-commerce, sales analytics, communication with customers, and customer service. Additionally he/she will have to independently post videos and pictures on the company's social media platforms and manage the content to engage consumers.

He / She must be able to communicate with the Chinese colleagues from cross-departments in China, in terms of logistics, marketing and other online operations-related.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in an e-commerce environment, with understanding of associated technology and platforms
- Sales experience, with a focus on understanding customer needs and driving revenue growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand accurately
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Understanding of floral industry is a plus

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
