
Key Account Lead

As Key Account Lead (Zalora), you will drive operational excellence and seamless customer experience on digital marketplace platform while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
**Key responsibilities**
- Execute on the activity plans for the brand on external marketplace. Gain familiarity with the commercial agenda of our partners, maximize selling peaks, drive strong customer awareness and conversion through executing all campaigns, commercial activities and promotional events in the most optimized manner.
- Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of accurate & relevant catalogue, content, callouts, assortment and offer.
- Explore and implement best practices for marketplace inventory fulfillment; identify areas for improvement that can lead to cost savings, greater efficiencies and profitability.
- Make sure that all assets (creatives) utilized across marketplace platforms align with global guidelines
- Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, media, business tech and logistics to make sure day-to-day operations run seamless on the marketplace platform and help the brand optimize traffic, customer growth and revenue.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in the role of Key Account Lead (Zalora), you should have a strong commercial focus and are insight and data-driven, with a proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a broad e-commerce knowledge and commercial experience that understand the total picture from customer demands on our offers.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of digital marketing
- Experienced within e-commerce or retail industry working for digital business with ability to translate customer and sales insights into short-term commercial actions.
- Experience utilizing Google Analytics, Tableau & Power BI.
- High level of salesmanship, agile way of working, and thrives in changing environment; Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder management and communication skills and is experienced in proactively influencing plans and priorities to drive profitability and optimize customer experience.
**Additional Information**
This is a full-time position, reporting to the **E-com Marketplace Manager.**
Specific working location will be discussed during the interview.
