We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounts Executive to play a key role in our growing company. You'll be responsible for overseeing month-end closing for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you guide and train the team on maintaining impeccable accounting records and filing procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead team of accounts executive and overseeing and manage the financial statements and month end closing, ensuring completion of clients’ management accounts and financial statements.
- Lead and train the accounting team on record maintenance, filing best practices, inter-company accounting processes, and develop their problem-solving skills.
- Preparation of financial reports such as budgeting, and treasury for a portfolio of companies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, i.e. GST, tax
- To assist with client and audit queries and matters where applicable
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
- Proactively manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maybe seconded to client’s office whenever required.

What we're looking for:

- Degree in Accountancy or degree holder (major in Accountancy or Finance) and with 4 years of experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation, and being in reviewer roles.
- Familiar with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- Experience working as an Outsourcing Accountant will be value added.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA,MOM, CPF, and relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices(GAAP, IFRS).
- Experience with month-end closing,year-end audit processes, inter-company accounting, and a proven track record of solving accounting problems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Proficiency in accounting softwares (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Experience with GST (Goods and ServicesTax) filing.
- Knowledge or experience with corporate tax computation is preferred.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
