Joining our Account/Project Management team, you will be responsible for building long-term, trusting relationships with clients, and managing the day-to-day of brand and design projects. You are critical in client retention, developing new clients or business—the heartbeat of any business consultancy. **Responsibilities**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client relationships and account management for projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; develop client relationships, fulfil the role of a trusted client advisor.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to provide a seamless project flow.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of relevant initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in identifying areas of business opportunities with existing clients or new opportunities identified by business development team and provide necessary research or proposal writing support.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (i.e. monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) with the assistance of Directors.
- Prepare reports on account status, when required.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as an Account/Project Manager in a business, branding, or creative consultancy environment
- Demonstrable ability to communicate information with clarity and confidence.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in any discipline preferred.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
