Orchard, Singapore OUE REIT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts

  • Prepare analytical review of monthly and quarterly variances

  • Prepare quarterly forecast, monthly cashflow projection and annual budget

  • Manage the submission of quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings

  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements

  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers

  • Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position

  • Possess high level of initiative and able to work under tight timelines

  • Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment

  • Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage

  • Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
