Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to Director
- Support full spectrum of HR functions (such as employee engagement/relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development)
- Responsible for employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding
- Handled employee engagement/relations queries
- Maintain proper HR records including but not limited to benefits management and on & off-boarding
- Support in HR and organisational initiatives and activities
- Contribute in process improvement
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR handling full spectrum of HR matters
- Familiar with local employment legislation
- Recruitment and selection
- HR / payroll system
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player yet able to work independently
- Problem solving mindset
- Meticulous and analytic mindset
- Proactive to deliver work excellence
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skill
