Job Profile Summary:
In this highly competitive business environment, we strive to develop successful, productive, competent and professional sales force. This role is to support fit and proper process to ensure that Distribution is compliance to regulatory requirement and PACS internal framework.
**Job Description**:
A) Assessment on Declarations
- Conduct assessment/investigation for 1) annual declaration &/or 2) probity check and put out recommendation for findings
- Conduct assessment/investigation for ad-hoc declaration before putting up for approval
- Prepare reports for approval by senior leadership team when required
B) Others
- Quality assurance check on late submission of annual / ad-hoc declarations by Representatives and outstanding Medisave liabilities prior to the recommendation on the issuance of sanction letters
- Handle appeal against the issued sanction letters
- Triggering of business restriction process on identified Representatives when required
- Timely completion of the assessments / assigned tasks as per timeline
- Ensure monitoring comply with the regulatory requirement and internal framework
- Support the team on any other assigned tasks

Working Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Compliance or Risk Management within banking or insurance section is preferred
**Education**:
- Degree / Diploma holder
