Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, Conduct Review Program, you will create an optimal environment for Conduct and Culture Risk Management for all business activities and associated support functions. Your primary role is to ensure that conduct and culture risk-related policies and standards are consistent with business strategies and priorities.

The Asia Pacific region is your focus, working closely with regional leadership to proactively monitor, identify, manage, and mitigate conduct and culture risk subject to local regulatory expectations. You will chair senior leadership meetings and committees to inform and influence Global Senior Executives.

Key responsibilities include managing an end-to-end closed loop process to monitor, manage, and enhance the conduct risk program across all APAC business segments. This involves partnering with regional stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, Trading Business Management, to implement appropriate processes.

Additionally, you will provide training on trending conduct and culture-related regulations and issues across all APAC jurisdictions as well as on internally established conduct and culture programs. A strong network of regional business relationships and a collaborative approach are essential in this role.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be based on conducting thorough thematic reviews, ensuring design and operating effectiveness of conduct-related processes and controls, and providing proactive advice on opportunities to improve the conduct risk program.

Reporting will involve reviewing, aggregating, and analyzing conduct risk data to identify trends and items for escalation or opportunities for enhancement. Root cause analysis will also be conducted with business partners where events, near misses, trends, and emerging risks have been identified.

Ultimately, your goal is to foster a transparent culture of risk awareness, accountability, ethics, integrity, and conduct throughout the organization.
