Job Description:
As a Conduct Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business activities are conducted in a manner that is fair, transparent, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating conduct risks across all business segments in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective conduct risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor and report on conduct risk trends and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate conduct risks.
- Provide training and guidance on conduct risk management best practices.
- Conduct thematic reviews to ensure design and operating effectiveness of conduct-related processes and controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of conduct risk management principles and practices. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role or in a related field such as compliance or operational risk management.
