Senior Vertical Solutions Consultant, Credit Risk

Knowledge of the government regulations for each target country, the current credit risk evaluation processes including credit scores, credit reports, credit policy, workflow processes (i.e. loan origination), etc. is preferred.
Accountabilities:
- Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of all customer objectives within the credit risk industry.
- Expected to work with sales leaders and teams to develop clear and thorough sales plans for each of their accounts and prospects.
- Responsible for identifying and communicating to management, sales professionals and other team members best practices within the credit risk industry.
- Understands the dynamics of the customer sales cycle and knows how to analyze the sales funnel.
- Works closely with Market Planning and Product Management teams to develop and execute the strategic plan/vision for the credit risk segment.
- Document and communicate to Market Planning customer trends, and new solution opportunity ideas obtained through interaction with customer engagements.
- Maintains good relationship with functional client contacts.
- Builds relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers. Develops LexisNexis advocates at clients that support our solutions.
- Proactively identifies client opportunities across the business, adjacent markets, and other lines of business, new geographies and new use cases.
- Responsible for managing the implementation of the proof-of-value testing process.
- Responsible for coordinating the handoff of new customers to implementation team.
- Comfortable presenting to larger groups, industry organizations, conferences, and trade show audiences
- Provide thought leadership, strategic direction and long-range planning to develop and implement the strategy to launch a digital risk platform in APAC. With particular emphasis on India, Indonesia,- Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
- Develop mindshare and support relationships with industry and trade associations, government representatives, NGOs, customers and vendors as necessary in the overall management of the- market area.
- Maintain current working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and competitive dynamics in the target markets.- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related major or statistics or related experience
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- 3+ years technical sales or project management/implementation experience.
- 3+ years of risk management analytics experience or education/certification in credit risk
- Fintech lending experience is preferred
- CRM technology experience preferred
- Relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with market planning, sales, batch, XML, sales leadership and all internal customers
- Strong ability to use data quality concepts and tools to effectively resolve client issues, while valuing client needs as high priority.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Smartdraw or Visio (or similar workflow software) experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients
- Solid time management skills and strict adherence to timelines is critical
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Native language proficiency, fluency in English is required
- 50% or more travel is required
- International travel is required
