**We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Engagement Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive and professional customer experience by conducting outbound welcome calls and addressing customer needs with care.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct welcome check-in calls with customers to thank them for their policy purchase, review the policy details, ensure product suitability, and provide administrative support.**:

- **Carry out ad-hoc outreach calls as assigned.**:

- **Perform ancillary tasks to complete the call cycle effectively.**:

- **Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, ensuring service excellence.**:

- **Address and resolve customer queries and requests while adhering to service level agreements and turnaround time standards.**:

- **Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.**:
**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or degree holder qualifications are preferred.**:

- **1-3 years of experience, ideally in the insurance industry.**:

- **Strong customer-centric personality and mindset.**:

- **Pleasant and cheerful disposition.**:

- **Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.**:
