Role

We are looking for a self-driven and forward-looking team member to be Customer Engagement Executive in a swim school.

The incumbent will be report to Centre Manager. He/she will be responsible to ensure every customer or learner has a pleasant and positive experience in the swim school, to increase customer referrals. To do that well, he/she will be required to be involved in the execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Build a good relationship with existing customers and their children.

2. Able to respond enquires received through walk-ins, whatsapp, phone calls, FB or any other touch points.

3. Tabulate enquiries and prepare insights to Centre Manager for efficient handling of straight-forward enquiries.

4. Evaluate the different customer service touch points and internal processes and procedures for improvements.

5. Work with Centre Manager to launch promotions to attract new customers and build customer loyalty.

6. Any assigned duties or projects.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. At least a local diploma in marketing/ customer service/ design.

2. At least 1 year’ experience in a similar position.

3. Good communication skills with a team player mindset.

4. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

5. Able to adapt with rapid changes.

6. Experience of designing posters will be preferred.

7. Good sense of business acumen is advantageous.
