We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and top-performing individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing team as a Manpower Operations Executive in our Temp Staffing Agency

The Local Operations Executive will act as an on-the-ground representative for AlphaHire, bridging communication between outlet teams and management. This role will involve conducting outlet visits when necessary, resolving matters efficiently, and assisting the Operations Chief in core operational and administrative duties to ensure smooth agency workflows.

We are committed to nurturing and developing you into a leadership position where you will oversee a larger team of Recruitment Consultants and lead HR projects, specifically in temporary staffing for the hospitality and logistics industry in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outlet visits and engage with clients to address on-ground operational issues.
- Monitor and manage casual staff performance, including attendance irregularities.
- Track outlet performance metrics and analyze requisition trends.
- Handle escalations and conduct preliminary investigations to resolve matters effectively.
- Assist in managing operational campaigns and the company operational structure.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
