**Admin & Manpower Executive**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the incumbent will support and manage the implementation of various manpower initiatives and programmes to support the business which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare, office admin and operations.
**Admin & Operations**
- General office administration: (phone calls, scanning of documents, maintain proper filing and office directory).
- Keep track of office inventory and ordering supplies including pantry management.
- Organize and handle the logistics aspects for meetings, workshops, conferences, travel arrangements and other related activities.
- Maintain Company's IT assets including arranging of new employee account setup, laptop, office access card, name card, IT asset record and other related activities.
- Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment including security system, pest control, JTC point-of-contact, aircon servicing and other related facility activities.
- Source and propose vendor selection (for contract renewal).
- Handle full spectrum of courier/logistics activities (including sourcing, processing of Delivery and Purchase Order).
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the company’s social media channels and provide regular reports to management.
- Schedule management/external/ad-hoc meetings and follow up.
- Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
**Manpower**
- Execute the full process of recruitment including sourcing, assessment, selection, interview, and offering.
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Periodic review of staff benefits, compensation structure to ensure market relevance.
- Maintain and update leave records, work attendance, staff benefit claims & other employee records and files including personal files (p-file).
- Attend to employee-related inquiries from internal and external personnel.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing labour policies, employment laws and regulations for both foreign and local employees.
- Source and renew employees’ insurances (yearly basis).
- Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
**Requirements/Skills**
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in admin and manpower
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
- People-oriented, excellent communication and written skills
- Strong office organization and administration skill
- Meticulous with strong follow-up skills
- High degree of professional integrity and discreet in handling confidential information
- Proactive, adaptable and able to multi-task
