- Other- Assist to drive initiatives to attract, retain and develop the community care sector’s workforce and its leadership bench strength, and strengthen the sector’s Human Resource capabilities
- Work with the HR partners in the community care to provide solutioning in manpower resourcing
- Review current challenges and initiate new manpower initiatives with the intent to cultivate win-win partnerships in the areas of manpower resourcing
- Manage the value chain of manpower development programmes, including conceptualisation, marketing, implementation and administration of schemes with the sector partners
- Supporting manpower planning and strategy efforts for the community care sector

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in industry engagement or development, or human resources (policy, planning and admin)
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
- Possess strong organizations skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
- Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
- Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player
