Overview Executive / Senior Executive Cabin Crew Manpower Planning The successful candidate will join the SIA Group's Flight Operations Division under the Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department. Responsibilities Forecast cabin crew manpower requirements based on the Budget Operating Plan and seasonal selling plans, coordinating inputs from Rostering, Training, Service Development, Standards and Talent Management, based on data-driven methodologies. Develop and carry out scenario planning with predictive models so as to facilitate management’s decision making. Update and review crewing situation and productivity indicators regularly Provide status reports and recommendations for crewing measures Determine cabin crew recruitment, promotion and training targets to meet operational requirements. Plan cabin crew annual leave slots Analyse the impact of proposals tabled by the Company and the Union Work with vendors and relevant stakeholders on the testing and development of the Manpower Planning System to improve the forecast of cabin crew requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional Experience A team player, with positive attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
