Executive/senior Executive/asst Manager Cabin Crew

**Key Responsibilities**
- Forecast and plan Cabin Crew Leave slots in accordance with projected crew strength and estimated injection timelines
- Lead and manage end-to-end process of SIA’s annual Cabin Crew Leave Bidding Exercise
- Work with key stakeholders to investigate and reconcile Leave discrepancies, as well as to propose solutions to resolve any systemic issues
- Evaluate leave appeals in consideration to operational requirements
- Keep PLSD MS Form (PL Form) up to date and manage workflows with MS Power Automate
- Oversee and manage required system settings and development of digital solutions
- Update and manage system settings and testing for crew systems including Crew Manager, Crew Access, GNC, Crew App
- Troubleshoot system errors/failures and work with IT departments for solutioning
- Conduct Chatbot training and enhancements for Leave matters
- Work with stakeholders to ensure dashboard integrity and to executive special projects
**Requirements**:
- Possess a University Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Statistics, Engineering or an Aviation related discipline
- Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge in MS Power Automate preferred
- Digital work & system testing experience
- Manpower Planning experience is a bonus
- Team player who is able to work independently as well
- Patient with answering and clarifying cabin crew’s queries and understanding their needs
- Good interpersonal skills & strong stakeholder management skills
