**Roles & Responsibilities**

You will be part of a team of HR in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. You shall be focusing in **Talent Acquisition** and provide support for the HR functions in training and development, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance appraisals, induction, exit clearance etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to**:

- Perform Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Employee Relations services to the outlet operations
- Liaise with Area Managers and understand the hiring needs by establishing a consultative relationship
- Manage recruitment process from advertising, selection and pre-employment training
- Engage with outlet staff during induction programme, understanding their concerns and delivering positive culture
- Attend recruitment events to solicit interest from external talent pools
- Manage external stakeholders and vendors involved in the sourcing and attraction of talent
- Maintain, suggest and develop new recruitment channels
- Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms and conditions
- Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations
- Suggest improvements on existing HR policies and framework to support and resolve existing challenges
- Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
- Periodic plan and arrange company’s events and teambuilding activities
- Provide support in the preparation of weekly/monthly manpower related report

**Requirement**:

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, prior exposure in F&B industry will be added advantage
- Team player with “can-do” spirits
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
