**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description & Requirements**
Advise and make recommendations to management team on key planning and operational issues, resource allocation, and strategic business decisions
Keep track of, conceptualise and drive activities to meet key performance targets set for the company by external agencies
Assess and recommend operating procedures and policies for senior management in line with the strict quality requirements of external agencies for audit purposes
Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies, objectives and targets for continuous improvement
Supervise and manage day-to-day training activities to ensure activities comply with organisational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, and general duty of care
Ensure strict compliance of operations to SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Maintain Operations Database Management System (ODMS) database integrity by implementing and enforcing standard procedures and practices to ensure consistency and well-integrated database infrastructure.
Provide timely and effective IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
Enhance and introduce new features to the ODMS to improve the functionality and effectiveness of the system.
Head and manage team for special projects, as and when required.
Any other duties which may be assigned by the supervisors.
**Skills and Specifications**
Ability to speak, write and read English language.
Able to manage multiple tight deadlines and stressful work situation.
Able to multi-task effectively and work alone on a broad variety of projects.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
Resourceful, with strong level of influence and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines
Experience in using TP Gateway is preferable
