Roles & Responsibilities
Regional Sales Manager (Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia & Philippines) is in charge of implementing all short-, medium
- and long-term strategies to facilitate the achievement of company sales objectives in the 4 markets.As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be reporting into the Managing Director Asia.
**Main purpose of the role includes**:
- Be part of export sales team with P&L responsibility to achieve the set agreed target. Plan, implement and optimize the sales activities in the country to achieve or to exceed the objectives in terms of profit, market share, turnover and sales volume.
- Ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all commercially oriented operations and launches whilst collaborating with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Ops, Finance, HR).
**Your main responsibilities will be focused on**:
**Regional Sales**:
- Drive over all sales performance for Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines market, aligning to the corporate strategic growth direction.
- Develop the mid-term plan (3 - 5 years) of sales plan to improve BAF’s expansion positioning in the Market.
- Propose a comprehensive plan to develop the “Industrial & Residential” segment in the mentioned countries in line with Company 3-5 years strategy.
- Manage Evaluation, Selection, On Boarding of Distributors in the smoothest and proactive manner.
- Establish and drive process for Distributor Agreements negotiation & administration,and management
- involving in Distributor rationalization after the Acquisition.
- Working together with the distributor in the countries, plan, implement and optimize sales activities to achieve or to exceed the objectives in terms of profit, market share and sales
- turnover.
- Set monthly sales targets and incentive programs together with the export sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree and above
- 10 years and above experiences in Sales in relevant Industry. Those experience for HVAC is a strong plus.
- Planning and Project Management skills.
- Strategic agility and high adaptability to a fast paced environment.
- Strong Business Analytical skills.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative.
