
Partner / Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Support ICDL Asia Team to coordinate with local partners and provide first level support in designated territories.
- Develop excellent understanding of the Skillsbox Automated Test System and provide training and troubleshooting for partners in designated territories
- Coordinate and manage the localization of ICDL programmes, including but not limited to translation, customization, contextualization, etc, with the guidance of Global Programme Development Department Head and support of freelancers
- Carry out simple documentation translation from English to Chinese
- Build rapport, maintain relationships
**Requirements**:
- Minimum post-secondary qualification and above.
- Prefer 2 years working experience in education and training sector or in technical / customer support roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), preferably with public speaking experience.
