**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a sale plan including forecast based on the targeted segment by aligning to company goal and strategy
- Acquire new customers with ambition and passion to achieve high result to maximize revenue and profit for enterprise sales through offering enterprise services.
- Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Ensure the ordered products are deliver on time.
- Resolve customers’ complaints in an effective and respectful way.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering sales or similar relevant field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
