**HOD Operations (Restaurants)**
- Execute and lead successful banquet events for VIP events, onsite events, offsite catering events.
- Work closely with Executive Chefs and FOH to plan menus that are popular with customers derived from data analytics
- Work closely with HQ and F&B retail outlets (FOH & BOH) to ensure smooth operations for onsite events, offsite catering events
- Ensuring that VIP clients are well taken care of pre-event, during the event and follow up post-events.
- Responsible to coordinate with HQ and outlets to ensure that all equipment, food pickups, etc are coordinated operationally for completion of successful events
- Attend meetings/tender briefings to source for jobs that are suitable for our brands to participate in.
- Execute with the Marketing team & Management to plan marketing, advertising (collaterals and media campaigns) to reach a broader audience (e.g. promotions, social media, etc)
- Execute and Respond swiftly to investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and/or service lapses, etc
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Implement, maintain and ensure policies and protocols (SOPs) are adhered to
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role for at least 5 years
- Proven customer service experience with great reviews
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Possess Strong leadership, motivational, people skills and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Acute financial management skills
- Possess a Driving Licence (Class 3)
