Responsible for the effective management of the Loans Administration matters and Safe Custody of security documents in the company. Oversees all related operation processes, documentation, disbursements, report submission, loan records maintenance and procedures adherence.

**Roles**:

- Review all loan matters, check and signs all letter of Offers and loan releases promptly, including loan redemption and loan correspondence.
- Liaise with solicitors on legal matters regards to loan matters and vets legal documents.
- Checks and reviews all system reports for unauthorized transaction, mistakes, etc.
- Ensure that the security documents of disbursed loans are properly kept.
- Liaises with other departments on the implementation of new operational procedures, and involved in system enhancements.
- Involve in Credit Control Committee, to update on loans status, ensure all actions pertaining to loan documentation & disbursement are approval by the Committee’s.
- Prepare, check and review all reports, including MAS reports to ensure accuracy & timely submission.
- Constantly review documentation to ensure concurrence to statutory changes.
- Review all loan request for special considerations.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 - 8 years working experience in Loan, Mortgage and Insurance.
- Min Diploma.
- Meticulous and attentive with details.
