The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Responsible for driving the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns across local markets to acquire, engage, retain and maximise the customer lifetime value of Shopee’s users.
- Design and implement automated CRM customer journeys with relevant content and various communication channels within Shopee’s marketplace, including different business pillars based on test insights and user/market understanding.
- Manage automated campaign schedules and tasks through collaboration with local markets to ensure the campaign execution is completed accurately and on time.
- Analyse the performance of campaigns and a growth mindset to design test ideas, optimise performance and create campaigns to align with the company’s and local markets’ overall goals and strategies.
- Support markets with product features, guidelines and best practices available for local teams to execute campaigns using CRM and other in-house systems.
- Support the incentive/content testing and campaign optimisation workstream.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM preferred.
- Experience in the eCommerce or tech industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drive decisions.
- Strong in multi-tasking and able to manage projects end to end.
- Self-driven individual, ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact.
