**Security Officer (MT)**

**Salary: SGD 3500 - SGD 4000**

**Location: Jln Buroh**

**Working Hour: 6 days**

**7.30AM - 7.30PM**

**Responsibility**:

- Perform daily security checks for personnel and visitors at company refining facilities.
- Provide 24-hour availability to respond to safety and security threats on company premises.
- Develop and administer all security-related policies and procedures.
- Ensure day-to-day security functions are executed efficiently.
- Initiate and enforce company safety and security regulations.
- Recruit, hire, and train new security employees.
- Plan and direct emergency response activities.
- Assist management teams in coordinating safety strategies for key personnel.
- Maintain excellent working knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm reporting, metal detection, loss prevention tools, investigative techniques, and documentation methods.
- Prepare and maintain concise reports and documentation capable of withstanding legal challenges.
- Analyze security needs and associated costs to determine project and upgrade feasibility within budgetary guidelines.
- Communicate and collaborate with local investigative services to minimize theft risk.

**Requirement**:

- 5 years of security experience with customer/visitor/worker interaction.
- Experience in leading a security team.
- Well-connected with local security services and police.
- Full background check.
- Secondary school education with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems.
