Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales.
Managing ongoing opportunities to achieves sales target.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and the project team, conveying customer feedback,
requirements and technical support from project initiation to completion.Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers' base.
Conduct Site Survey, prepare and follow up on quotations, fee proposals, tender
submissions, sales enquiries, technical supports, etc on daily / regular basis.Prepare sales reports, projection analysis, market surveys' reports regularly to the Sales
Manager.Conduct and prepare exhibition, seminars and network events when required.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Report to Sales Manager :
Develop new accounts and service existing ones.
Manage relationships and costs effectively.
Achieve planned targets and increase market share.
Generate sales forecasts based on individual sales reports.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.Job Requirement.
Job Requirement :
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Construction Industry.
- Good computer skill including knowledge in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD software
experience an advantage.
- All educations are welcome to apply.
Able to speak English & Mandarin to Mandarin customers and suppliers.
Class 3 Driving License Required and have own car.
Willing to travel to Project Site.
