Boon Lay, Singapore LPC Industrial Services Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Location: Boon Lay

Industry : Construction

Benefit : Transport Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with key customers to secure sales.

  • Managing ongoing opportunities to achieves sales target.

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and the project team, conveying customer feedback,

       requirements and technical support from project initiation to completion.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers' base.

  • Conduct Site Survey, prepare and follow up on quotations, fee proposals, tender

      submissions, sales enquiries, technical supports, etc on daily / regular basis.

  • Prepare sales reports, projection analysis, market surveys' reports regularly to the Sales

      Manager.

  • Conduct and prepare exhibition, seminars and network events when required.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Report to Sales Manager :

  • Develop new accounts and service existing ones.

  • Manage relationships and costs effectively.

  • Achieve planned targets and increase market share.

  • Generate sales forecasts based on individual sales reports.

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.Job Requirement.

Job Requirement :

- At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Construction Industry.

- Good computer skill including knowledge in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD software

experience an advantage.

  • All educations are welcome to apply.

  • Able to speak English & Mandarin to Mandarin customers and suppliers.

  • Class 3 Driving License Required and have own car.

  • Willing to travel to Project Site.
