
Office & Safety Coordinator

Job Description
1.Facilities Management
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment
- Coordinate with service providers (e.g. cleaning, M&E, security) for scheduled works and repairs
- Conduct periodic facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues
2.Workplace Safety & Compliance
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations (e.g. WSH Act)
- Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and risk assessments
- Conduct fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises
- Ensure safety-related licenses, equipment checks, and trainings are up to date
3.ISO Auditing & Documentation
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
- Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation in accordance with ISO standards
- Assist in identifying non-conformities and follow up with corrective actions
- Coordinate with external auditors during surveillance and certification audits
4.Tenant & Space Management
- Serve as point of contact for tenants on operational and facility-related matters
- Manage tenant feedback, requests, and space usage
- Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, access control, and renovations
- Monitor use of common areas and enforce building policies
5.General Operations Support
- Support other administrative and logistical needs of the operations department
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Good communications and openness
