Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site safety management for internal projects and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Assist in implementing safety management systems, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct WSH risk analysis and manage preventive measures throughout project execution.
  • Organize regular site safety walks with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal safety training to enhance employee awareness.
  • Respond to emergencies in accordance with the site emergency plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WSH regulations and ensure adherence.
  • Support project manager in safety-related tasks and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in safety, environmental science, construction, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in safety management.
  • Strong planning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and commitment to legal compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of data analysis and report writing.
  • Awareness of employment risks and ability to respond flexibly to incidents.
