We are looking for a
**Strategy Lead **who is comfortable with DeFi to shape our team’s long term strategy. In this position, you will be working directly with the CEO and contribute to the execution and enhancement of the Company’s internal and external strategy.

**Roles & Responsibilities**- Act as a strategic advisor - participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.-
- Provides oversight and guidance on strategy implementation-
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities-
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and structure insightful and actionable recommendations on our product positioning, development, and how we onboard users-
- Model protocol tokenomics, review structures of layer 1 blockchains to guide market best practices-
- Support the CEO in the tracking and monitoring of deliverables and strategies-
- Develop surveys and evaluate outputs to identify data-driven product development opportunities and pricing strategies**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience in reputable consulting firm-
- Experience in financial modelling and accounting-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field-
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and GSuite-
- Independent, meticulous and organized-
- Must be highly motivated, flexible and able to adapt to a fast working pace and environment-
- Excellent communication skills-
