Job Title: Chief Information Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to lead our technology team.

This is a key leadership role that involves developing and executing the company's IT strategy.

The position will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, security, and applications.

You will also oversee end-user support and implement ITIL-based service management practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategy by collaborating with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud services, and storage.
  • Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance systems).
  • Lead the desktop support team to deliver high-quality technical support to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, security, and applications.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with desktop support tools, remote management, and IT service management platforms.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
