The Role

You will join an exciting startup in the very early stages of growth, working alongside the Founder and early team members - Be in charge of business operations and administrative work, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This person must be adept at operating with high efficiency and able to problem-solve in unexpected situations. The ideal person should be organized and thrive under pressure, able to communicate with various stakeholders to get work sorted, enjoys working both independently and in a team, willing to learn and agile in jumping into roles outside of the job scope.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Oversee and run fulfillment processes of customer/client orders in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage all stock and inventory movements.
- Source and manage part-timers on an as-needed basis.
- Sourcing for new brand partners and opportunities.
- Assisting on the planning and executing of new/existing projects, aligning it with company’s goals.
- Collaboration with internal teams.
- Constant reviewing of existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for improvements on Operation Processes.
- Planning and strategizing to prevent any disruptions/disasters.
- Open to taking on any new responsibilities and tasks whether within or outside the job scope.
Requirements & Specifications
- Physically healthy - Able to handle large quantity of stock on a daily basis, using hand-carry, trolleys, and other necessary equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Able to perform under pressure and agile to an everchanging start-up work environment.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and multitask effectively in order to support and assist the department on a daily basis.
- Able to manage own’s time effectively.
- Must possess an awesome work ethic, show initiative, and work independently with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
