DAS Umbrella is an e-commerce group with diverse businesses under our belt. Currently, we are seeking someone with specific experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, distribution, or an entrepreneurial background to join us as a key pillar of our team.

This individual will work directly with the business owner to spearhead expansion into seven different countries. We're looking for someone who values personal growth. If you're aiming to climb the corporate ladder, this role may not be the right fit.

We're a talent-rich company with approximately 40 employees and have generated seven-figure revenue within just one year of inception. As we continue to grow robustly, we seek individuals who match our strengths and determination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and lead the setup of our overseas operations department in USA, UK, HK, TW, MY and AU.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support operational needs.
- Act as a liaison between the overseas office and headquarters, providing regular updates and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience setting up and managing operations in an international environment, preferably in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and adapt to a dynamic business landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Physical presence in Singapore or willingness to relocate to Singapore immediately.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
