**Job summary**:
NetApp is looking for Senior Recruiter to support GTM Hiring in APAC.
**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Sales and Go-to-market roles.
- Build detailed hiring plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Provides insights on talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and be able to influence hiring decisions accordingly.
- Research and report on competitive and market driven insights/ market mapping to help hiring managers better understand their unique talent markets.
- Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions.
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment for the Go To Market function, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
- Experiences in collaborating with Senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Has advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, and the ability to leverage them to source and attract top talent.
- Ability to research and report about the competitive market landscape and build hiring plans accordingly.
- Has the ability to analyse data and metrics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Ability to drive the Talent acquisition Programs and Initiatives with the business leaders
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provides leadership role for work group through advanced knowledge in area of specialization.
**Education**:
- Atleast 8+ years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field is preferred.
- Experience of working in IT industry in Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience of working in Go
- to-Market Talent Acquisition function
