At ESET, the Digital E-commerce Specialist plays a key role in managing regional in-house online stores as well as optimizing digital campaigns through online paid, organic and affiliate channels to craft an integrated marketing strategy.

Job description

This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist and the APJ marketing team in building digital capabilities and piloting new online and digital initiatives across the region to support B2B and B2C revenue generation, brand engagement and conversion optimization.

**What you will do**:- Work in cross-functional teams with members across UI/UX, Analytics, Online Advertising, Marketing Automation, Product and Operations to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Execute campaigns and promotions across online stores while monitoring performance using analytics tools to track on-site and off-site conversions, identify issues in drop-offs to increase online revenue.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage SEO-related content updates and keep track of multiple ongoing online initiatives- Partner with internal teams, external agencies and vendors to align and execute paid online strategy and to deliver best in class visual and written communications.
- Work with Marcomm Manager to grow engagement, reach, community audience, and impact through paid social campaigns that meet ESET’s social media objectives.
- Localize website content and online store while working with departments and 3rd party vendors to implement changes on ESET inhouse managed markets.
- Engage UI/UX, Analytics and various stakeholders to develop wireframes, document user journeys, process flows, develop A/B test plans/ideas and conversion funnel analysis to optimize conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring by keeping abreast of latest industry news, trends and innovations, regularly updating the marketing team on market movements.
- Consolidate compelling reports that identify effective strategies, openly sharing/collaborating with internal/external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- (preferred) BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 years’ experience with relevant online (Web or Internet Marketing) marketing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analysing and interpreting marketing data, web analytics and/or statistics
- Proactive, driven and enthusiastic, plus the poise and judgment to work regularly with customers and partners
- Digital marketing and social media enthusiasm, awareness of cultural differences and tone of voice.
