**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcomes and greets guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you’re there to personally take care of them.
- Informs guests of special promotions and menu changes.
- Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Answers questions about our food, beverages and restaurant’s amenities & services.
- Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
- Performs opening & closing duties assigned.
- Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Maintains clean service areas.
- Monitors and observes guests lounge experience. Ascertain order of guests’ cocktails, bottle service, and food orders are accurate. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Prepares final bill, checks for accuracy BEFORE presenting it to guest(s), accepts payment, processes credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
- Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
- Thanks each guest for their visit and invite them to return.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the club lounge as directed by the managers or immediate supervisors.
- Any other tasks assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- No previous Restaurant / Club experience required.
- Preferably with WSQ certification.
- Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
- MUST BE on the feet for most of the working hours
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Must have exceptional grooming habits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
