In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day platform operations and administrative tasks in handling token/coin listing. Responsible for market research, drafting, implementing and publicising the exchange platform's operational campaigns, coordinating and overseeing the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative tasks in handling token/coin listing, including deployment and maintenance;
- Responsible for market research, drafting, implementing and publicising the exchange platform's operational campaigns, coordinating and overseeing the process;
- Managing new initiatives to improve operational processes, and drafting platform-related announcements;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and create digital marketing strategies;
- In charge of but not limited to partnering with the content creation, customer service and social media teams plus combining all relevant data and user feedback for improvement, new features and increase engagement on the platform;
- Analysing operational data and the current market situation, and establishing goals and feedback guidelines based on the analysis results;
- Responsible for protecting the relevant resources of the project party, managing and guiding the content and customer service teams.

**5. **Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Communication, or relevant discipline;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin;
- Able to work independently, and understand the psychology behind user behavior, with strong decision-making skills for the overall management of operational teams;
- Ability to learn quickly is a must;
- Patient and meticulous with the ability to multi-task;
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability of good project monitoring and control;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work hand-in-hand with colleagues from various departments;
**6. **Salary**:
SGD3000 to SGD5000
