**業務内容**
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Japanese knowledge is essential as large customers are Japanese.
- Identify and tackle the issues and customers’ needs within the time limit to achieve high satisfaction.
- Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customers through good communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow through on the case.
- Keep records of customer interactions and progressions on the case (call logging).
- Be soft-spoken & courteous, to go extra mile to support customers for the best customer satisfaction.
- Any other tasks (such as administrative support & weekend tasks) that may be assigned by the superior.
- Knowledge of basic PC skills are an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 2 years and above experience in the similar position (excluding internship)
- Bachelor or Diploma holders in general fields are welcome to apply.
