**POSITION RESPONSIBILITY**:

- To Introduce in HCS the punch lists collected from the Handover walkthroughs.
- To update the status of the punches in HCS according to the information provided by System Owners.
- To provide information about the punch list status to the different parties involved.
- To collaborate with the System Owners on the activation of the punch closure following the priorities of the Project.
- To collect and file the signed documents related to the punch closure.
- Responsible for introducing the engineering list and their subsequent data in HCS
- Responsible for scanning the different formats or documents justifying punch list closure and to upload them in HCS.
- To collaborate with the Handover Document Controller on the preparation of Handover Dossiers and the official notifications to the client.
- To verity that the information received from site complies with the requirements and Project specifications and conforms requirements by Quality and/or Commissioning
- To verily the proper assignment of Systems, disciplines, categories as well as the description of the punch items in order to assure an appropriate understanding of the defects by all the tears involved in the punch closure, always under the supervision of the System Owners.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years relevant experience in similar field
