Mechanical Completion Coordinator

**Purpose:
Applies engineering knowledge and seasoned project / site experience to support the successful commissioning of any project in the company business areas including hull/topside/mooring facilities right from preparation phaseto execution phase.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and approves Project ITR portfolio document
- Review and approves Project MC & Commissioning Handover Management document
- Review and approves ITR assignment matrix
- Coordinate and ensure that MC requirements are rolled out to Suppliers in KOM
- Review major vendor packages / semi-modules ITR process concept (ITRs at vendor works)
- Independently deals with vendors and sub-contractor with regards to comments or queries on completions database deliverables and provide solutions to the queries raised.
- Management of review Tag registers issued by Engineering and resolve comments with Engineering team.
- Coordinate with MC team for Review & Population of Tags and ITR assignment in Completion Management System,
- Coordinate with MC team to Validate system ITR & certificate assignments
- Coordinate with MC team for timely issuance of ITRs to execution team
- Responsible to Plan & coordinate CMS training & Completions Process Roll out to project team including subcontractors.
- Coordinate with MC Team for Review of piping test pack registers issued by site QAQC to resolve comments with QAQC Department.
- Coordinate with MC Team Review piping joint ID registers issued by site QAQC and resolve comments with QAQC dept.
- Review Project management of changes and update database accordingly.
- Interact with other engineering department for obtaining engineering and specific vendor documents & details.
- Coordinate with Project Controls team to Populate MC & commissioning completion schedule dates in Database and Prepare weekly MC & Punch list reports from CMS and support construction meetings.
- Oversea day to day ITR & Punch list update in CMS by MC and Support site QAQC as required.
- Coordinate Supplier FAT phase punch items for successful completion.
- Responsible for planning and organizing Punch walkdown at various gateways & initiate Certificate Sign off.
- Prepares the lessons learnt & share the information to all members.
- To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement
- Coordinate Archiving of Project Handover documents (ITRs, Certificate, Commissioning Procedures, Registers etc) in Document management System
- Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures for EPCI execution and CAPEX estimation.
- Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 14 to 17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 9 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered
- Specialist knowledge of at least three Company or related project line.
- Ability to define concepts of completion process.
- Proficient in using & directing the use of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Company’s online databases and understands the relevant information interface between databases as per department training matrix in order to utilize them when preparing commissioning deliverables.
