Senior Mechanical Operations Coordinator

This role focuses on overseeing and coordinating mechanical works and services for building construction projects. It involves planning, managing, and executing work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support and coordinate mechanical works and services for building construction projects.
- Develop and manage work schedules to guarantee tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for mechanical works.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve mechanical-related issues efficiently.
- Report on mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Project Execution Processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice for design implementation.
- Local construction knowledge.
