Job Description Summary: Join a team of mobility professionals that serve as thought partners and domain experts responsible for enabling the global business by managing mobility center of excellence. Act as a Mobility Partner to regional HR and management by providing detailed analysis, expert advice and sound recommendations that balance employee experience and business needs with global compliance regulations and requirements.

**Job Description**:

- Provide consulting and guidance on complex mobility issues, analyze data, and provide sound recommendations
- Counsel relocating employees on complex mobility issues
- Work with external service partners on relocation, tax, immigration, international assignments, and business travel cases to ensure timely processing, issue resolution for a seamless end to end mobility experience
- Support program requirements such as: cost projection, policy consultation and administration, assignment documentation, coordination of international immigration support, supplier management, and facilitation of intercompany chargebacks, purchase orders, billing, and invoicing
- Assist with Global Mobility administrative functions, special projects, and operational optimization initiatives Perform a variety of complex technical and project related duties for the Global Mobility function
- Plan and assist with implementation of Global Mobility programs, new vendors, and systems & data flow between third-party providers
- Ability to carry out the process of planning, organizing, and managing tasks and resources to accomplish a well-defined objective and implementation of effective and robust processes and procedure for Global Mobility balancing the need for compliance with the need for pragmatic and effective business solutions
- Build and manage partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders like HR Business Partners, Legal, Tax, Equity, Payroll, Accounting and Compliance to provide expertise on all global mobility matters with the ability to influence and advise
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to benchmark and improve mobility programs while developing creative solutions to meet immediate and long-term objectives
- Ensure that PayPal has excellent global mobility programs and policies that enable our strategic talent initiatives and business objectives
- Elevate and innovate program offerings to scale with our global growth footprint
- Create forward looking solutions that are globally consistent and regionally tailored, as appropriate
- Stay abreast with Global Immigration updates and trends to benchmark and develop alternative solutions to immigration challenges
- Work closely with the Global Relocation, Immigration and Tax firms to ensure consistency of practice and delivery of high touch support to employees and internal stakeholders. You'll also offer practical advice, background information, and data to leadership.
- Participate in training to Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR business partners and vendors regarding the company’s relocation and immigration policies, practices, and processes

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience;
- culminating into a global role in relocation, tax, and immigration services at a fast paced, growing company and a minimum of 5-7 years of analytical, coordination or client service experience in the broader mobility area
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues to resolution and influence others to achieve results
- Effective internal client facing skills with flexible communication style
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of management, within the company

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven track record of leading and implementing global initiatives
- Recent experience in design and implementation of a unique approach to Global Mobility (e.g., remote work force or future relocation management)
- Experience with systems implementation of Global Mobility programs, new vendors and system data flow between third-party providers is a huge plus
- Experience designing end-to-end and scalable Global Mobility Program and/or processes optimizations at a Global Organization is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of global cultures, including similarities and differences. This includes the ability to work across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries to drive communications, business strategies and multi-geo
