About the Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions of mobility work from a regional level and help to create a framework and overview of regional mobility;
- Organise discussion groups for each case and co-work with Policy, HRBP, business and vendors to find solutions;
- Offer expert advice on relocation and immigration risks, compliance with new mobility programs and deliver high quality relocation and immigration consultation services to employees;
- Lead APAC's strategic oversight of vendor services and build partnerships with mobility ecosystem stakeholders;
- Manage vendors in all stages of execution;
- Optimise processes and programs to address business requirements, increase efficiency and employee experience. Identify opportunities to scale and improve operations to a world class standard across the hiring support team;
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, training resources, and knowledge management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
- At least 5 years of experience working with Global Mobility programs (immigration, relocation and tax);
- At least 5 years of experience managing and navigating various immigration and relocation related programs and processes within APAC;
- Experience in creating and improving process documentation;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated communication, teamwork and organisational skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
- Vendor management experience is highly preferred, including large scale and regional engagement.
