**Business Manager (Singapore)**
As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Business Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we continue to develop our operations across APAC and EMEA. You’ll be working with our Business Operations Director to manage and nurture client accounts and relationships, set up financial strategies, and build synergies between team members across our external clients. You will also be supporting the Business Director with seizing new business opportunities through a more creative approach.
You’ll have trust and empowerment from the management team to move the needle. You are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting strategic goals for the future. You’ll help safeguard and support our activities and profitability to drive sustainable development. **Role**:
- Support all strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to: business planning, communication, financial control, and client and team management operations.
- Play a supportive role in helping build new business streams and productisation of business offerings for scalable growth.
- Inspire others, internally and externally, when representing the company and keeping everyone’s wellbeing at the centre of your every decision and action.
- Oversee budget planning and fiscal management processes (internally and externally) with a strong focus on driving results while building relationships.
- Develop and support the business's growth, goals, and objectives by tapping into your commercial and creative side.
- Be an essential voice for our organisation across internal and external stakeholders, representing the business needs and views across broader cross-organisational teams in a matrix setting.
- Act as a catalyst for operational excellence across the organisation as aligned with the client’s requirements.
- Manage operating budgets and headcount model for the organisation while ensuring 100% compliance with policies and organisational commitments.
- Work alongside Talent and People Ops teams to create a cohesive and inclusive company culture.
**You**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house team, familiar with the creative process.
- Strong in communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
- Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a start-up environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Motivate, inspire and have a high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity.
- Create high-level presentations and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
