You will play a pivotal role as an individual contributor in making an impact to our dynamic organisation to:
- Help community care organisations to make workforce development and learning a strategic priority
- Help enable and upskill the community care workforce to embrace the national Skills Framework for Healthcare and Healthier SG initiative and acquire new and emerging skills to better support preventive care, health and wellness of our ageing population and the future of care economy
- Help us develop and maximise the performance of the community care workforce by driving workplace learning and career development for the community care sector
- Play a critical role in partners and stakeholders management to strengthen the learning and teaching capability of the community care workforce to strengthen person-centred care and drive qualified care for our seniors
- Drive and manage projects to drive workforce learning and development outcomes for the community care sector
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with prior experience in instructional designs and/or curriculum development and/or learning and development functions and/or human capital development (mínimal 2 years experience)
- Some experience in project planning and management skills
- Results-oriented, possess excellent analytical and solving problems skills
- Enjoys working with stakeholders and possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A team player and a self-starter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization.
- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), preferred but not compulsory
- Knowledge of the national accreditation process in Organisational Accreditation (OA) and Courseware/Curriculum Accreditation (CA), preferred but not compulsory
