Overview
What the role is:
As a Manager in the Resource Policy Division at Workforce Singapore (WSG), you will support the management of WSG’s blacklist, assist in tech-solutioning and system upgrades while WSG operationalises the new (refreshed) blacklist policy. You are also expected to provide data and administrative support to the Data Analysis and Review team, including identification of data sources, data cleaning, maintaining essential documentation and the audit trail of blacklist records, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
What you will be working on
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in tracking and coordinating tech-solutioning and system development to operationalise WSG's new (refreshed) blacklist policy
Support BECS enhancements to enable robust blacklist screening processes through system configuration
Support and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure user requirements are met prior to final acceptance/sign-off
Update and maintain the blacklist master-list to ensure only legitimate entries onto the blacklist master-file
Coordinate and support the implementation of the blacklist management SOPs, including handling queries and clarifications
Liaise and collate the review of non-compliance cases
Coordinate with divisions to obtain programme data and assist in data cleaning work
Provide general routine/administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and other ad-hoc tasks for the Resource Policy Division
What we are looking for
Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail; prior experience in system development and data analysis is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good mastery of business processes; previous experience working closely with IT teams is an added advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
