
Operations Officer

**Position**
Operations Officer is a partner of our Business Leaders. You will be accountable to the General Manager of SafeRE. You will work as part of a team with full responsibility in building best quality standards for interacting with SafeRE clients. Ideally you will be located in Singapore.
**Main responsibilities**
Operations Officer acts as an ambassador of our clients and is fully responsible for customers’ operations. Through accurate daily work along with a creative approach, you will contribute to building accuracy, customer satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
**Specific Tasks**
1. Monitoring of clients’ behavior on a daily basis:
- continuous assurance of clients’ knowledge and experience via management of their inquiries
- activate clients and convert prospects into clients (incl., completion of KYC/AML procedure)
- analyze clients’ operations and behavior on the platform
- handling clients’ complaints
2. Management of pre-trade and post-trade operations:
- overseeing the flow of investors’ orders
- distribution control, including settlement of financial instruments and cash
- reconciliation of cash balances on cash account opened with the commercial banks
- payment control: allocation and execution of interim payments and principal amounts
- management of manipulation cases or suspicious transactions
3. Conduct investment campaigns and content management:
- prepare contents of investments campaigns and ensure timely publication
- make sure information is clear and meets expectations of our clients
4. Operations Officer will generate reports covering the performance of our clients on a regular basis and initiate ad hoc improvement activities helping to grow our clients’ success
5. Cooperation with other divisions of the company, initiation of improvements with the team.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service, payments and (or) accounting role
- Experienced in using MS Excel
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Knowledge of products in the financial market is an advantage
- Business administration, accounting or similar education would be an advantage
- Client oriented attitude and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to deliver in time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to details
- Curious, positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player
- Start-up mentality, “hands-on attitude”
- Intelligent, proactive, and willing to keep learning continuously
