**Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arise Services PTE LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Handling pre and post-course registration
- Handling paperwork before, during, and after a course
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines
- Reply to customers' enquiries on course information/customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders.
- Prepare and file documents
- Make accurate customer and sales data entry into the system
- Provide administrative support to the team Other ad hoc duties as assignments

**Qualifications**

Education/Skills/Experience:

- Minimally a diploma in any field
- Excellent communication skill in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
