We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing for the SEA and ANZ to join the Group Marketing team.
As the Head of Marketing for the APAC region you create the overall marketing strategy and plan for the region and you will drive and own the delivery of all marketing and communications within the region to help generate revenue and build the local brand of FNZ.
This role will develop and run campaigns and programs to build the FNZ brand, generate quality leads, move prospects through the sales cycle, build deeper customer relationships, and grow customer usage. The person in this role works collaboratively with sales leadership, business development, product marketing and other marketing teams to strategically design and execute marketing initiatives.

**More Specifically You’ll**
- Set the strategic direction for the APAC marketing & comms that optimizes for long-term success, focusing on customer experience, brand presence and engagement, and business growth.
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of all campaigns across all channels.
- Employ a range of media and content channels to craft compelling narratives that bring the FNZ message to life - especially taking into account the local market scenarios and our competitive positioning.
- Create an online/social media strategy for the region to support business objectives. As well as train and guide members the Sales leadership team on social media best practices and strategies.
- Ensure FNZ and 3rd party events are on message, well executed, promote the brand and generate leads.
- Develop a C-level program that includes, executive networking events, round tables, and integrated programs.
- Develop in region customer stories and references.
- Design and run client advisory councils.
- Drive deal support strategy and account-based marketing programs to support the region’s growth objectives.
- Manage relationships with external parties such as sponsors, media, potential clients and suppliers.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
- Work closely with sales leadership and sales operations to identify and track joint goals around funnel leads, pipeline revenue, sales opportunities, and conversion.
- Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to marketing to that engage customers and prospects in innovative ways.
- Attract, develop, coach, and build a high performing marketing team. Create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that motivates the team and creates a path for growth.
**What type of person are we looking for**:
- Extensive experience running APAC marketing at a high-tech company ideally in the wealth management technology space.
- A thorough understanding of the region and its business dynamics ideally in the wealth management technology space.
- Proven success managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
- Proven knowledge of lead flow process and sales and marketing automation tools.
- Well versed in digital marketing, account based marketing best practices and demand generation.
- Has local market relationships that can be adequately leveraged in this role - with event agencies, media & PR agencies, exclusive content agencies and industry membership bodies.
- Knowledge of having worked with industry influencers such as Analysts, Advisors and Alliances.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.
- Proven track record of creating and leading high performing teams that create and execute field marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Outstanding communications skills - written and verbal. In English and with a strong preference for at least one additional language (Mandarin, Cantonese etc)
- Significant experience in project management and budgeting with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
- A very, very good sense of humour.
